With Jotform, you can let users access and submit your form without logging in to a Jotform account. Anyone with the link can fill out the form without an account, making it easier to collect public responses, gather feedback, registrations, and requests from a wider audience, reach customers and clients outside your organization, and collect information from event attendees.
You can easily let users fill out your form without logging in or creating a Jotform account. Follow these quick steps to get started:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Then, in the Share With Link section, click on Settings.
- Now, in the Settings window that opens, under the Access Settings section, select Public Form.
That’s it! Your form is now set to Public. Anyone with the link can access and fill out the form without a Jotform account.
Note
If the form is set to Private, users will need to log in or sign up, and they won’t be able to access the form unless they’re invited. To learn how it’s done, see our guide on How to Change the Access Settings of a Form.
