    Hi Eduardo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You'll need to pass a separate parameter for the month, day, and year with the Unique Name of the Date Picker element. You use this format:

    https://form.jotform.com/261727668929072?date[month]=09&date[day]=11&date[year]=2026.
