    Hi _suraj__gogoi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can't disable two-factor authentication for you. If you've lost access to your authenticator app, you can use one of the recovery codes that were provided when you enabled two-factor authentication. Check out the screenshot below for an example:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that shows, click on Settings.

    3. Select Security tab on the left side of the screen.

    4. Click on the Send Verification Code button in the Verification prompt.

    5. Then, copy the verification code sent to the email address associated with your account and enter it in the verification field.

    6.  Now, on the right side of the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section, toggle it off.

    7. Then, in the Disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Confirmation window, enter your account password and click on the Verify button.

    8. Lastly, click Yes, Disable 2FA.
