Photo Capture: No camera available and blurry picture error

Our computer does not have an installed camera, and your form gives no other options for how to take the picture. I finally used a different computer, now it says that the picture is too blurry. What other options are available?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use a mobile phone to take and upload the photo directly when submitting the form. Alternatively, you can take the photo on a mobile phone, save or transfer it to your computer, and then upload it when completing the form.
