Form Data Collection: Forms flagged despite no PII collected

    My forms do not collect PII, yet it was flagged. Time to find form solution.

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support.  Are you referring to the VCU Health Paramedic Program Application and Paramedic Program Application forms that are disabled due to PII?

    Are these forms related to trainings required for paramedics?

    Are there any other forms that are disabled due to PII?

    I've also gone ahead and forwarded the ticket to our relevant team. We will get back to as soon as there is an update.
