Skip to page isn't working

Here in July 2026 and not only is the issue not resolved, all responses to the comments direct to a 404 page.

I'm disappointed. I had really high hopes for this feature to work; it's inefficient having to do workarounds.

Could you share a bit more detail about what you’re trying to do and what you’re expecting to happen? That’ll help us better understand the issue and continue assisting you.

I was trying to use conditional logic to make users skip up to three sections depending on the option chosen.

Specifically, it's set up as if user chooses to skip to next section, skip the next four pages to land at Section 3 but if the user chooses to answer at least the first set of questions in section 2 and then skip, then they would only skip three pages to land at Section 3. The pattern continues with answering two sets of blanks to skip two pages, and three sets of questions to skip just one page. Unfortunately, the page skip does not work at all.

Originally, I had thought of the "Hide Fields" option as a workaround, but it was too tedious compared to the skip option. I noticed that more than one user had similar questions, but clicking through to answers landed only on 404 pages.

If you're checking threads with similar issues, you have to log in to your Jotform account to access them. For us to see what's happening and find a solution, can you share the URL of the form? Also, provide full details based on the options selected and to which section or page the user should be directed.
