Is there anyway to access other columns from the dropdown table to fill in other fields on the form or access them in the workflow.
I really need to be able to take input as a Name dropdown, and do a "lookup" to an email. I have tried to use this dropdown widget, I have tried the new google sheets step in work flows (the email will show up correctly, but it won't work as a recipient to send them an email). I have even tried the AI "Update Value" step in the workflow (which was absolutely worthless).
Why not just have a non-ai update value step for these simple things?
What is the best way to do this, I have been frustrated by this and similar issues for years with Jotform. It seems like you are almost there now.

Hi Sam,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We'd like to look into the form you're working on to have more understanding of the use case. But the email address you used to open this support ticket isn't connected to any Jotform account. Can you share with us the form's link? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this. -
This is the form that I am having trouble with:
https://bonedry.jotform.com/261373677027967
Here is a screenshot of the workflow in question.
Here you can see that the "Get Row from Spreadsheet" is pulling in the
Email field that I need, and I have confirmed that it works correctly when
pulling it into the text of an email.
But when I try to set the recipient of the email to the Email field from
"Get Row from Spreadsheet", it does not show up at all (the "Subcontractor
Email" field from the form doesn't work at all, I was trying to use the new
"Update Value" step in the workflow to set that field to the "Email" from
"Get a Row from Spreadsheet", but it kept on coming back empty, so I
removed that step).
Does that make more sense?
