We are located outside the United States, and we are not collecting personal information through these forms. All user information already exists in our internal systems, and the forms only reference existing users.

This information category is preventing all downloads within our workflow, which is significantly impacting our business process. Since no new personal data is being collected, we would appreciate it if this restriction could be reviewed or an alternative solution could be provided.
