Account Access Issue: Unable to Access Second Jotform Account for Urgent Form Retrieval

i have two jotform accounts - the first one is WILD DINGO that i CAN ACCESS but the second account is HOUNDOG DAYCARE and that's the one i cannot access as i can't find my passwords etc. i have spent countless hours building the two forms for my dog training form and puppy consultation forms which i urgently need for my website re-build. www.houndogdaycare.com.au

If you can't access the account can you let us know the email address or username linked to that account "HOUNDOG DAYCARE" or the links to the dog training form and puppy consultation forms?

We can then track the account details and let you know.

Hi Leah,

Both forms are under the Jotform account associated with ho***og***ca**@g***l.c**. If you already have access to that Jotform account, you can simply log in to access the forms. If you don't have access to the Jotform account but you do have access to the email address, you can reset the account password by using the Forgot Password option.

A Password Reset Email will be sent to that email address, allowing you to create a new password and regain access. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do, either using our YouTube Video, or following along with me right here:

1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our guide on How to Reset Your Jotform Password for more info.
