Form Creation: How to Generate a QR Code for Church Registration Form

I'm organizing our church registration form as nacekoro for christ i didn't know how to create it with qr code please help me

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's very easy to get the QR code for your form, which you can share with your users so they can scan it to access your Nacekoro for Christ Registration Contact Form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. Next, click on the QR Code icon under the Share Form section. 

3. Then, click on the Download button to save the QR code linked to your form.
