Account Access: Unable to Remember Email Used for Form Creation

Please help me get into the form. We can not remember the email address we used to create the form and we need it this weekend.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send us the link to your form so I can take a look for you? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

The form you shared belongs to the account t**.t***su**r.l**k*@**ail.c*m. If you recognize this email and it's still active, you can reset its account password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do, either using our YouTube Video, or following along with me right here:

1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our guide on How to Reset Your Jotform Password for more info. But if the registered email address is no longer active and you can't change its email due to email verification, can you submit the form on the How to Recover Your Jotform Account page, and our team will look into it?
