Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you point us to the form that you're working on? I checked your last edited form but it doesn't have any conditions in it.

Meantime, I tried dragging and dropping conditions on a fresh form, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Check out my screencast below to see my results:
